Sleep is an amazing thing, it can have so many positive effects to your body and mind.
Here is why you should get the recommend hours of sleep each night:

On the other hand, if you suffer from sleep apnoea you may be getting the recommended hours of sleep but not the quality of sleep. Suffers that sleep 8 hours per visit night are actually only getting about 4-5 hours of sleep as the body needs to keep alerting(waking) it self due to lack of oxygen from the blockage of the throat.
